How to Use the Comment Feature
The comment feature is listed under the “Raw Data” category in your SmartyData user account. By purchasing any of our packages and assigning an admin, you can gain instant access to the comments. It’s worth noting that this screen includes a number of detailed components. On the comments screen, you can view the following data:
Comment ID
Product Name
Title
Comment Content
Like Ratio
Sentiment
Positivity Score
Service Update Time
You can add or remove these fields at any time. The data you obtain from these fields will help you accelerate your e-commerce activities while also boosting your brand prestige. Moreover, if you want to focus only on comments with certain characteristics, you can use the available filtering options. You can filter comments based on their status (positive/negative), maximum/minimum positivity score, and like ratio, allowing you to group your data within specific patterns. With the “Export” button, you can also easily download the data in CSV format.
